Terms & Conditions for 10bd — Please Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all users of the 10bd platform ("Platform"), which operates as an online entertainment service offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, arcade titles, and related services to adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 10bd platform at 10bd.im, you (the "Player" or "User") agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

10bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any individual provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 10bd of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. The English-language version is the definitive and authoritative text. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation or paraphrase of these Terms in any other language, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Platform Availability

10bd makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, server updates, third-party provider outages, or events outside 10bd's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may temporarily affect platform accessibility. 10bd shall not be liable to any player for losses attributed solely to platform unavailability during such events.

1.3 Third-Party Game Providers

All casino games, live dealer titles, and arcade products available on the 10bd platform are supplied by independent, certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under its own regulatory framework and certification. 10bd curates and presents these games but does not develop them. Game outcomes are governed by each provider's certified random number generator (RNG) systems, which are independently audited and verified.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the 10bd platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 10bd platform, whether by self-exclusion or by action of 10bd.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling addiction or been placed under any court, medical, or institutional order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on 10bd are lawfully obtained and belong to you.

2.1 Age Verification

10bd reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. If a player is unable to satisfactorily verify their age, 10bd will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. If verification confirms the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned to the original payment source, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 10bd services — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a verified account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one account on the 10bd platform at any given time. The existence of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

When creating your 10bd account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your 10bd account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 10bd staff will never request your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 10bd support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

10bd is committed to operating a responsible and secure platform. As part of this commitment, 10bd may require players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳5,000 per transaction or ৳20,000 in cumulative withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Birth registration certificate (for supplementary verification only)
• Bank statement or utility bill confirming residential address (issued within the last 90 days)

Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions. All KYC documents submitted to 10bd are handled in accordance with the 10bd Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

10bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied by the platform. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 10bd at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the player's 10bd account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. 10bd does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are the player's responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, bank holidays, or when additional verification is required. 10bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusually large or otherwise requiring additional scrutiny.

4.3 Withdrawal Source Matching

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This requirement is in place as an anti-money-laundering (AML) control. 10bd may decline withdrawal requests that do not conform to this principle and may request additional documentation to establish the legitimacy of a withdrawal to an alternate destination.

4.4 Funds Held in Player Accounts

Player funds held in 10bd accounts are treated as a liability of the platform and are held separately from operational funds. 10bd does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, applied until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

10bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which supplement and take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash. They must be wagered at the specified rollover rate (for example, 20x the bonus amount) within the specified time limit before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

10bd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profit from bonus funds; and any other behaviour that 10bd reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional offers rather than genuine play. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

10bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including for individual players where abuse or eligibility violations are identified. Any such modification shall not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith prior to the modification date.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the 10bd platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are made available within each game interface or sports betting market. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A sports bet is considered accepted and binding only once confirmed by the 10bd platform and a bet reference number is issued. 10bd reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest pricing error, a technical fault, or circumstances where the outcome of an event is already known at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the player's account balance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the 10bd platform. Specific limits are displayed within each game or market. 10bd reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion, including in response to patterns of play that indicate professional or systematic betting strategies.

6.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a casino game or sports betting market, all affected bets and rounds will be voided and stakes returned. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 10bd shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond those directly caused by 10bd's own platform infrastructure and not attributable to a third-party game provider.

6.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules for that market type state otherwise. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events are subject to the cricket-specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the 10bd platform.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 10bd platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10bd platform:

• Registering more than one account for yourself, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including charge-back fraud, payment reversal schemes, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live poker or tournament formats where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the 10bd platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Using the platform if you are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Using the 10bd platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment.

10bd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. In the event that 10bd becomes aware of or suspects criminal activity in connection with a player account, it will suspend the account, freeze the associated funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

10bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion or confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.
• Request by the player to close their account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory or legal requirement compelling 10bd to close the account.

8.1 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure is the result of a confirmed Terms breach, 10bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting 10bd support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure are available. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 10bd will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period. 8.3 Data Retention Following Closure

Following the closure of a 10bd account, the platform will retain account records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations and the terms set out in the 10bd Privacy Policy. Retained data may include transaction history, KYC documentation, and correspondence records for a minimum period of five years.
